Whenever we meet with goal getters, we get asked tons of questions about fitness trends and wellness tips.  Whether it is intermittent fasting, supplements, or new fitness gadgets, it seems like everyone is looking for the magic pill that will speed up the results. 
We get it! When the entire world is available at our fingertips, it is hard to have the patience to wait for long term results.  It seems like everyone is hoping to make changes as quickly as possible.

For the month of July, we'll focus on how to supercharge your results and share some specific actions that actually WILL elevate your results.

To NAIL YOUR BASICS!

So exactly what are the basics?  There are 5 essential basics to master in order to accelerate your results.

  • Make sure you eat a healthy, whole-food-based diet that covers your nutritional needs.

  • Sleep 6-8 hours a night. 

  • Drink at least half your body weight in ounces of water each and every day

  • Get at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise a week (walking/swimming), or 75 minutes of vigorous exercise (Boot Camp).

  • Surround yourself with social support and positivity.
