How much does it cost?

Our membership options are customized for each person’s unique goals and circumstances. After learning more about you in your Game Plan Session, we’ll recommend a program or two that will work best for you. We guarantee one thing: It won’t be the cheapest in town.The truth is, uncaring trainers, unclean facilities, and lack of customer service all go hand-in-hand with being the cheapest. A service-oriented business simply can’t be the cheapest and the best at the same time, so we choose to offer the best.

What do training sessions typically look like?

Our 45-minute personal training sessions at Studio U are designed for a total fitness experience, and they follow a dynamic pattern to keep things exciting:

Within each session, your coach tailors exercises and movements to match your specific goals and fitness level, ensuring you're always challenged and leveling up.

Now, let's tackle a common question: “With so much focus on strength, will this program help me lose weight?” Absolutely, yes! Contrary to the misconception that sweating off fat requires only cardio, our program helps you shed those pounds effectively.

The truth is, the stronger your body is and the more lean muscle you build (not bulky muscle 😉), the faster you burn calories, leading to efficient fat loss. Think of it like a car with a bigger engine burning through gas faster. With more muscle, your body becomes that efficient engine, torching calories and getting rid of fat. It's fitness with a purpose! 🚀💪

If you opt for a one-on-one training session, those 30 minute workouts will be completely custom. We’re happy to share more details in your Game Plan session.

Do you have large group workouts?

Absolutely! If you're into fast, efficient workouts that boost cardiovascular fitness and overall health, our conditioning workouts are the perfect complement to our training programs at Studio U.

Inside these workouts you’ll find a dynamic, high-energy atmosphere with up to 15 like-minded individuals, all guided by a certified personal trainer. These sessions focus on enhancing your cardiovascular conditioning, a key element for both fitness goals and overall well-being. Picture circuit-style training, where each movement is timed, and you cycle through exercises using equipment like battle ropes, slam balls, sleds, sandbags, light dumbbells, bodyweight movements,and more. It's 40 minutes of non-stop action! Coach Jennifer likes to keep it fresh and exciting, so you never know what fun surprises might be in studio.

When you register in advance, your coach ensures the right equipment is ready to rock, and they always provide options suitable for all fitness levels. Join the crew, break a sweat, and have a blast during our group conditioning sessions! 🏋️‍♂️🔥

Will I always work out with the same people?

Nope, you won't always work out with the same people at Studio U, but that's the beauty of our U Crew community! Our goal-getters range from 14 to 84 years old, and they're a motivated, welcoming, and wildly supportive bunch. Whether you're sweating it out next to a first time goal getter or a seasoned U Crew member, you can count on being in great company!

If you're the social type and want to link up with friends, our member app makes it a breeze to schedule the same session times. We have plenty of people who come at the same time every single week. On the flip side, if you prefer the flexibility to choose when to hit the studio, that works too. No matter who's by your side, every workout at Studio U is an opportunity to connect, support, and crush your fitness goals together! 🤝💪

Will I have a personal trainer each time I workout?

Absolutely! At Studio U, you're not just getting a trainer; you're getting a coach, a motivator, and a supporter, all rolled into one! Each time you show up for a workout, you'll be teamed up with an experienced and nationally-accredited coach with either a NASM or AFAA certification.
